I have previously ordered several phones from your company and every time I have been satisfied with your service. I recently tried ordering form Wirefly.com and Amerciancell.com to get service through Cingular and unfortunately I waited over a week to hear back from the company to even hear if I was approved for the line. When I tried to call the customer service number, every time I was put on hold for hours at a time, literally, and was hung up on about three times. Hi Folks, I have purchased two phones from Lets Talk, the first one being a Nextel and the second being the resent purchase of a Verizon plan and a Motorola. I called Customer service and spoke to Chrissy and she was fantastic. She listened to the problem and what I was looking for in a phone and asked all the right questions. Right down the holster for the phone. She told me what models were available as I wasn't on line when I spoke to her, and explained the features. I just wrote a review of the phone, and I complimented Lets Talk for the customer service and expressed that anyone getting a phone from someone other then Lets Talk has to be nuts! As long as you have a Customer Service Dept. that can be contacted by phone and have people like Chrissy working the phones, your going to remain my Cell phone provider and I will recommend you to anyone I know looking for a phone.
